Update – Bug Fix and New Features

November 2016 Fixed a script bug that prevented the ADST letter grade boxes from showing in the 4-9 form. Added a “2” button that allows the text field with rating scale to be shown/hidden for all subjects. grades-4-to-9-v1-80-fillable grades-k-to-3-v1-80-fillable
