New Forms for 2015-16!

Here are the latest report card forms. The committee approved a number of fixes and enhancements.

As usual, you need the genuine Adobe Reader, which is free. The forms may not work properly if opened in a web browser or any non-Adobe PDF viewer. Right-click on the links below and choose Save As…

Intermediate 1.60 Fillable
Primary 1.60 Fillable
Intermediate French Im 1.60 Fillable
Primary French Im 1.60 Fillable
Intermediate DRS 1.60 Fillable
Intermediate DRS French Im 1.60 Fillable

Adobe Reader can be downloaded here:

Please let me know if you have any issues with these.

Thanks,

Scott.

    Hi Lisa.

A couple of things come to mind:

    1) Be sure to save the template on a local disk rather than opening it with a web browser. Right-click on the link and choose Save As.., then run Adobe Reader and choose Open from the File menu.

    3) While version 10 should work, it’s at least two generations older than the current product. It may help to uninstall Adobe Reader (use the Programs and Features control panel) and then install the current version, available at the link in the blog post.

Let me know how it goes.

    Scott.
